Trilogy discussion guide

Use the person–delivery–system lens to structure a serious team conversation.

When to use it.

Use it for a team conversation about pressure at three levels: behaviour, delivery and system design. The final page asks the group to choose one behaviour, one decision and one operating condition to change.

How to use it.

  1. Use a real piece of work, not a theoretical case.
  2. Write short, testable statements rather than polished explanations.
  3. Name the person who can decide or act.
  4. Set a review point so the temporary picture can change.

Where it comes from.

Developed from the full person–delivery–system arc of the PressureReady trilogy.

Useful before impressive. Clear before fashionable.
