Warsaw spring is less a season than a consultation process.
It arrives in pieces, issues contradictory guidance, and by the time you think a decision has been made, rain appears with the confidence of a department that never read the previous minutes.
This city teaches emotional resilience by refusing to give weather any stable identity.
And yes, I will still sit outside the moment the sun appears. I am not a hypocrite. I am a survivor.
Pressure changes shape. The work remains.
